We service all major furnace brands — not just the ones we sell. Ignitor failures, blower motor replacements, flame sensor cleaning, gas valve issues, cracked heat exchangers, circuit board diagnostics — if it's keeping your house warm (or supposed to be), we fix it. We work on high-efficiency condensing units and older conventional furnaces alike. If your system is beyond repair, we'll tell you straight and quote a replacement the same visit.

Compressor failures, refrigerant leaks, frozen coils, capacitor replacements, condenser fan motors, and reversing valve issues on heat pumps. We diagnose before we quote — no "you probably need a new unit" guesswork. If your system is low on refrigerant, we find the leak first. We also handle seasonal startups and shutdowns so your equipment isn't grinding through a Soo winter with the condenser still live.

Wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, and floor-mount units from all major manufacturers. Common calls include drainage issues, error codes, inverter board failures, and deep-cleaning jobs where the filters alone aren't cutting it anymore. Mini-splits need professional cleaning every two to three years to maintain efficiency — especially in homes with pets or wood heat. We also relocate and re-pipe units when renovations move walls around.

Wiring issues, compatibility problems between new smart thermostats and older equipment, zone damper failures, and multi-stage staging problems. Because we're electricians first, we handle the low-voltage and line-voltage wiring that trips up most HVAC-only shops. Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell Home, and conventional programmable units — we install, configure, and troubleshoot all of them.

Northern Ontario homes seal up tight for winter, which means indoor air quality drops fast. We service and install bypass and powered humidifiers, heat recovery ventilators (HRVs), and whole-home air filtration systems. Common service calls include HRV core cleaning and motor replacement, humidifier solenoid valve failures, and duct-mounted UV or media filter changeouts. If your windows are sweating every morning or your house smells stale by March, one of these systems is either missing or not working right.
